The service I received from Glen and also Mark was first class. Glen arrived when he said he would and immediately identified the problem with the locking mechanism on my UVPC door. He had the required parts and soon replaced the broken part, giving everything remaining a good clean. He then identified and rectified a secondary issue with assistance from Mark. Costs were clearly explained before any work was done, and afterwards everything was left clean and tidy. I would recommend without hesitation.

Great, personable service. Glen was nearby and so came straightaway to take a look. He had all of the parts and able to replace the UPVC lock within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. Reasonable price which was clearly explained. Would highly recommend.
