Very unprofessional business, poor customer service with zero knowledge of the products they are selling or the industry. would recommend going just bout anywhere else.

Have bought online with PRS a few times now, they're always great with communication - had some issues with my bank with the most recent transaction and they were incredibly helpful and courteous. Great customer service.

Extremely poor customer service and Peter has no clue to what products he sells. I would avoid this company like the plague as they are very unprofessional, He ruined my carpets with grease and tried to blame my dog! Also there prices are extremely over the top for somebody that is unqualified, he could not even show me how the stuff worked I actually seemed to know a lot more than him..... SHOCKING!!!!!
