Unfortunately the ferry broke down, but all passengers were given a £5 meal voucher and transferred to the Belfast - Cairnryan crossing.

My Boat was at 1pm .. I arrived at 12.40 pm, Gates were closed. I got told I was too late , I could see the boat doors were still open cars and trucks were still going up the ramp. .. I have to get the next boat..... (why can anyone tell me) I have been a customer for over 12 years .... And I tell you now ... after today P&O ... will not get another ££ POUND ££ off Me... I WILL USE STENA LINE FROM BELFAST. .. SAME PRICE BETTER DEALS BETTER DISCOUNTS AND I WANT HAVE TO DRIVE UP TO LARNE .. THE PLACE IS LIKE A GHOST TOWN. ... . PS.. If anyone from P&O reads this .... I think it's a bit of a piss take that you change £10 pounds yes £10 pounds on you Boat for a small FISH AND CHIP. ..to me it's Small. and then you want 20p for tomato sauce. .. I need 2 of them. £10.40.. FOR fish and chips. .... And that's without a Drink... And tell your staff to speak English to each other. . In front of your customers. . They all can speak English. ... This is very rude .
