The piercer Himself was lovely. Very patient and reassuring. However the apprentices made me feel quite uncomfortable with some comments that were said. For eg, The piercer said swallow and the girls were laughing saying "that's what she said" which did not help my nerves or comfortability...ServicesService not listed
This is the best piercing experience I have had and I have 10+ piercings they make you feel so secure and comfortable in the studio the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is overall welcoming would definitely recommend Cleanliness: Everything was very sterile and removed from the packaging accordingly the jewellery had already been prepped in the autoclave and I felt very secure and happy with the treatment I received Stylist: I was pierced by the gentlemen working that day be reassured me every step of the way and explained what to expect there were two girls assisting/learning they also shared their experience to comfort me and gave a detailed description of aftercare
I highly recommend PK’s. My daughter and my niece had piercings there this week, a belly piercing and a nose. The man there was great with them, and really made them feel so relaxed and reassured. So much so that I got my nose pierced too! All the piercings looked great, and it was really reasonably priced.
Can't recommend highly enough! Came to PK's for second lobe ear piercing.. All super friendly, made me feel very relaxed. Totally professional, and the years of experience shows; the piercing was expertly positioned and swiftly but carefully done. Clear aftercare instructions and would feel super comfortable going back to just ask a question if I needed to. Can't wait to have my next ear piercing here! Thanks very much
Nose piercing with hoop. Only just had it done so no idea how it will heal but initial impressions are good! Really nice fella, really chilled experience and even got some free motorbike advice thrown in.
DO NOT pay deposit until you have confirmed design!!! Awful experience with Paul! Made appointment & paid £50 deposit. Then emailed my design to Paul as he'd asked me to, but he didn't reply to say it was ok. Tried calling 4 times and sent numerous emails but no reply. Thought something had happened as heard nothing back. Really wanted to confirm design was OK before having it done! Tried again morning of appointment.. Spoke to Paul.. Said his emails had gone down, he'd been busy and was normal to discuss design on the day.. Which he didn't tell me. I didn't know what was going on as hadn't had any communication form Paul since appointment confirmed. Really poor communication..feel let down as not my fault his emails had stopped working. Paul refused to refund even half of my deposit. He offered an appointment nxt day but I couldn't make it. I also felt he'd been so horrible about the whole thing it wouldnt be a good idea. Paul ended our call by saying he wouldn't refund our deposit and hung up on me!!! A very sad experience. I would be very wary and make sure you confirm design before paying ANY money else you wont get anything back! I would no recommend!!
Can’t fault customer service were really friendly. But belly button navel pericing was rushed and too little skin was used. Now pericing is rejecting and having to take it out as such little skin left, it's too vaunrable to leave in. Such a shame as £35 is alot for a pericing especially when it doesn't go as you planned
Just got my nose pierced there good place good service and hygiene and they were very nice
