Really appalled by the worker bald, white man aged approximately 55-65 years old who was making his views on ADHD “and other conditions like it” very loudly and clear to a customer. He was saying kids these days “just need a good smack”, like they were in his generation - and “my dad smacked me and done no harm”. I felt very comfortable with the words I was hearing which I can’t write here, and when he caught me looking in disbelief he started to press his views on me. All I wanted to do was order my dinner and go home. His inappropriate comments made me throw my food in the bin as I was no longer hungry. I feel so sick that this worker felt it was acceptable to make these comments in a business setting in 2024. I will not be visiting again. Avoid.
Really nice food, and I was very surprised at how well priced it was. Staff are lovely aswell. Highly reccomended
Utterly delicious and fresh cod. I asked for it without skin, and it was done without fuss and cooked to perfection.The fish flaked away when I ate it - wonderful. Charming staff and good atmosphere. I went and ate my fish and chips the chips were also some of the best I have tasted in the Minster gardens nearby. Thank you
