Phoned him and he said he was busy then accidentally phoned another number that was his aswell thought it was another taxi company, I asked him if I could get a taxi in Montrose not realising it was the same person and he said yes told him my address that I told him before and he said I told u I was busy In an angry tone of voice I then asked him why he said he had a free taxi in Montrose then when the first time he said he didn’t and he just hung up on me very unprofessional and rude! I will never try this service again!
Do not use this service called 45 mns before I had a train booked to catch a flight, the taxi driver couldnt find my address, was on the phone 10 mins, missed my train.
Love this taxi company! Chatty staff, always friendly!! Will stop for a coffee if you ask
