Great service very reasonably priced.
Very quick response to request for boiler repair. Arrived on time and problem sorted quickly. Engineer helpful, friendly and efficient.
We got quotes from a 6 local companies and P J Bryer were very competitive. They attended at short notice and completed the work quickly and to a high standard. Great job from the fitter, Jordan
very poor service and communication. We were given a time frame between 9am and 1pm. Still had not arrived at 4pm! The lady I spoke to when trying to find out what was happening was very rude and impatient.. No one contacted me to let me know they were running late I had to contact them. My whole day wasted. I would not use them again that's if they ever turn up!
Had a boiler failure and used Bryers to rectify. All completed within 24 hours from initial first phone call. Got me out of a hole, for sure and won't hesitate to use again.
Completed a landlord gas safety check and I was excptionally happy with the sevice. The appointment was easy to schedule in, a reminder was sent and the engineer was on time and really helpful. Some small repair works were actually required and despite needing two hours to complete this work the engineer stayed on, completed them and then clearly explained what had been done and i was charged a very reasonable hourly rate and parts. Really professional service and will be using them from now on. Unusual to have such a reliable and helpful company in this sector. Thanks guys.
Booked annual oil boiler service and agreed a morning visit at 8.30. No further information was provided. The Plumber arrived and his first words, no good morning & with attitude “we’ve got a problem”. Turns out the boiler was to hot, first thing in the morning, no surprise there! The plumber was so rude & their service office no better. Rude & arrogant, definitely would not use this company again.
