I used this company to order a heating system valve, it took 2 weeks to arrive and when it arrived it was not the model I had ordered. So I had a long delay in getting my heating system sorted (also had I actually needed the model they sent it would have been available more quickly and more cheaply elsewhere). I returned the incorrect valve exactly as requested and then struggled to get the return postage costs back from them despite a promise to refund me. They got it wrong at every stage and I'm left out of pocket on postage costs because of their mistakes.
