Renewal quote was extortionate - went elsewhere and got the cover we required at a much lower price.  Been chasing Oyster for written confirmation of our no claims discount which was given to us verbally by rep. over 3 weeks ago.  I am still still chasing and they make no effort to update me on the situation!  Not impressed.

Had an accident late last year and my local agent Paul Cocksedge was brilliant as were all the staff at oyster and the insurance company Arista . You cant beat the personal touch,and  having an accident can be very traumatic in its self. But i felt a weight was lifted off my mind with their approach and understanding of the whole affair .
