We had a fantastic experience at Oxygen Jumping celebrating my daughters birthday, and I wanted to highlight the amazing customer service we received. Abby was especially wonderful — she is always very polite, approachable and incredibly helpful. She made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable for us.nnI’d also like to mention Terrell, who was so enthusiastic and full of energy. He even sang “Happy Birthday” to my daughter on the jumping court, which absolutely made her day and created a really special moment for our family and friends.nnThank you to the team for such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I am writing to express my disappointment with the birthday party we hosted today at your trampoline park for my son's birthday.nnWe have celebrated birthdays at your venue before and previously had a much better experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite different and did not meet our expectations.nnThe food provided was extremely minimal and not sufficient for a children's birthday party. Several of the children were still hungry afterwards, which was very disappointing considering we had booked a party package.nnIn addition, there was no entertainment or organised activity provided for the children during the party time. We had expected some level of engagement from a party host, games, or entertainment to help make the celebration special, but this was not provided.nnIt also appeared that there were not enough staff members available. We had to wait a long time even for drinks while the children were thirsty after jumping, which added to the frustration and made the experience less enjoyable.nnAt the end of the party, the children were left running around in the restaurant area for around 30 minutes with nothing to do. There was no food left for them to eat and no staff member available to organise or entertain them, which made the situation quite chaotic and difficult to manage.nnAs this was meant to be a special occasion for my son, the overall experience felt very underwhelming and did not reflect the standard we experienced previously or the value of the package we paid for.
We celebrated my son’s birthday here and it was an amazing experience. Everything was very well organised and the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The kids had an incredible time and really enjoyed all the activities.nA special mention to Terrell, who was a very nice host. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable for us.nHighly recommended for children’s birthday parties!
I just had a fantastic time at this play centre! I booked the after-school offer for £15.50, which was a real bargain and the kids had a blast. The place was super clean and the staff were genuinely friendly, which made our experience even better. The food was great too! I really hope they keep that offer because I’ll definitely be back for more fun!
We visited Oxygen Romford as a family of five — two adults and three children aged 17, 15, and 7 — hoping to spend some fun, active time together. Our goal was to enjoy it as a full-family activity, but the reality turned out to be different.nUnfortunately, it quickly became clear that the park is not designed for older kids or adults. The teens were bored almost immediately — there was nothing engaging for their age group — and as adults, we didn’t feel comfortable jumping in the same space as small children. It felt unsafe and awkward, with a real risk of accidentally bumping into or injuring a younger child. In the end, four out of five tickets were basically wasted.nThat said, the experience was great for our 7-year-old — he had a fantastic time! The layout and activities are clearly aimed at kids under 10, and for that age group, it’s very enjoyable. Also, a big plus is the café area for parents. It offers a clear view of the entire trampoline zone, which means you can sit down, relax, and still keep an eye on your child at all times. That visibility is a huge advantage for parents.nnOur suggestion: The website should clearly state the recommended maximum age for participants. It would help families avoid disappointment and ensure a safer environment for the younger children.nnWe might return — but only with our youngest next time.
