Clean, airy and has really friendly staff. We go to the Little O sessions for toddlers and my 3.5 year old loves it. Always monitored for safety and there's a small cafe. The selection isn't great there but they happily made a special meal for my boy with a food allergy, it was no trouble.
Had my little boy's 6th birthday party here and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. The kids all had a great time and the staff were fantastic! Food and drinks were reasonably priced and we were well looked after. Much appreciated!
My son and 2 friends 13 years old had a great time. Lots of friendly, helpful staff on hand to manage different areas. We have been before and will definitely be visiting again. Great value for money and always lots of weekly offers/ discounts. Thanks oxygen
Difficult to enjoy if you have small kids. You're not allowed with babies on. Yet if you also have under 5s you can't wait for them in cafe. Too stressful, perhaps better for older kids. Also, when we went there were hardly any people but they still didn't let us stay a minute longer even though we went in 15 min late. So for £20.00 for two kids for 45 min is a bit steep!!!
We spent a brilliant couple of hours with the kids here. Not only did they have fun but so did the adults. The staff were very helpful when you any questions. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Great place and would be 5* if not for their cafe which is very slow to serve even simple food orders. I’ve only been to the Little Os sessions which are very cheap and well set up. 0-5s get access to the whole park without older kids posing a risk.
we've been a few times and mostly had fab experiences however book online in advance for weekends or busy times as we were refused entry last time as it was very busy and kids were gutted we simply walked in and paid other 5 times. also they give you discount vouchers at parties and vouchers for free sessions here and there but you can't book these sessions online so have to call to book and phone just rings out. most of the staff are good and managers are really professional and helpful. We like this trampoline park better than any others in the region
Booked this place for my daughters 6th birthday party. Went to pick up the invitations and the nice lady have her a free half hour session. Staff were great with her and helped sheets needed.
I had my son's birthday party at Oxygen Free Jumping. It was a wonderful experience. We did have to wait a while in the waiting room, as they advised to be there 30 minutes early to ensure all safety waivers signed. With 15 children excited to jump, this felt a little long but totally understand. Once we got inside, the kids had a great time jumping. There was enough staff present to watch all jumpers and attend to any needs. The equipment was in good shape and clean. The birthday room was perfect for our party size about 15 kids. The staff cut up our cake for us and put in the party bags. The pizza was ok, the kids loved the slushies at the end. Would definitely recommend to others either a party or just going for a fun round of jumping.
Great park with lots to do, staff are really helpful & friendly. Book in advance to ensure you get on the session you want & register for the offer codes they send out. The Bear Grylls Fitness area is fantastic as you can exercise with your children at the same time - recommend this place
