Average. Been in twice, food ok, staff on the whole flat, non interactive, bordering on rude. Dismissive. One in particular did stand out as she was polite and professional even wishing us a good night as we left. Over all our did not leave a good impression
Live about 100 miles but my wife and I, have been there twice when we visit our daughter. We had breakfast on our recent visit, food was good, well priced amongst very pleasant surroundings. Toilets were also spotless and staff brilliant. Will certainly return.
A nice sized pub with a deceptively large outdoor presence. The pub was clean and tidy and has a sizeable outdoor seating area around the front. The staff were friendly and above the bar are about two dozen clocks telling the time from London on the right to Anchorage around the corner on the left. The Guinness was excellent as was the Doom Bar and the Brombeer Freddy Export.

I always take my dad to this Weatherspoons as it is his local. It is always fairly busy but I Iike the atmosphere. Reminds me of a more traditional pub, not too fancy but still well furnished, and the food is decent. Lots of good parking too.
Service was great. I recommend using the app and getting table service if your eating as it worked very well. The food is good value for money, but standard pub fair. Some older people next to us found the servings a little to big but I wouldn't complain. As normal on a Friday lunchtime you take your chances getting a table as it gets very busy.
Usual Wetherspoons experience. The beer was good and the atmosphere was ok. The staff were friendly. No complaints other than the table was a bit sticky and there were a lot of uncollected glasses around.
Another go to pub when I’m in the area. Very spacious, interesting menu. Highly recommend English breakfast . It’s right next to the Oxted Station and the high street.
Child friendly on one side!. Takes a while for the food to be delivered hence deducted one star but is good consistent standard when it comes. Free water at the bar. Kids menu and crayons available. Try using the Wetherspoons mobile app to order to save yourself a trip to the bar. Make sure you check out the daily special menus like curry club day. The breakfast is also great here!
Stopped here for breakfast with my dog, we sat outside my dog was lying on the ground completely calm and ordered some brunch. When our food arrived a member of staff came up and rudely said no dogs on premises even though there was another dog sitting at a different table and there were no signs up saying no dogs allowed. They did say we were allowed to finish our food first! How desert of them considering I just paid for it!! I often stop while out walking the dog for breakfast and this is the first time I have ever been told that we can’t sit outside . Needless to say won’t be back !
