Generally had a normal time when coming and going from this station. Busy as heck, but still found it easy to get around. All train times and situations are always clearly labeled. Staff in booths are polite and helpful. Plenty of buses and taxis right outside the door. Employees on the barriers could be a little nicer, though. Saw at least two instances of them being rude and passengers yelling back in anger. Can’t be rude to people and expect them not to react sometimes.

Toilets that constantly smell of something dead. No seating on the platform. They just have a very much “We’re getting new station soon why bother fixing up this one “ attitude

Is a basic train station buy have a problem with pick up and drop off point. The taxis keep almost all the lines special the lane for pick up/drop off and we need stop on yellow lines all the time,what is not good. Should have more control for taxis because when the station get busy is really anoyed because off that

One of the worst stations I've used at rush hour. Platforms are so crowded you can barely move. Hope it improves.

Its a basic train station, it needs a lot of renovation and the toilets are filthy. The staff are helpful and polite, The food services are way overpriced for visitors and tourists. Its always cold in there, for people waiting around for their trains.
