Oxford Garden Design were a pleasure to deal with. We found the team both very pro-active and full of good ideas. The team's customer service and willingness to assist was truly 1st class. From the initial meetings  through planning and then the works themselves, were always undertaken with skill & care. The consideration for both us and our neighbors during the works was exceptional. We used Oxford garden design to landscape the garden of our new build house. We loved getting involved in the whole process and was surprised as to how the company had customer care and project managers that helped us through the project and solved any minor problems that came up during the project (I like to change my mind!) this was such a big deal to us and a good few weeks of disruption, but the guys working in the garden were lovely and kept everything fairly clean, even the children got involved in planting with them.   I Would definitely use these again and would most definitely choose a design next time as this probably would of made things a little better! Price was a little higher than some of the smaller local companies but I can safely say it was worth it.  Thanks to the whole team both in the office and on site.

Disappointing, haphazard and amateurish. The original design on paper was lovely. Sadly, the actual layout of the plants, and plants used, were incredibly different from the design, creating an okay but random and more boring result. Plants were just dotted around, without even respect for their final sizes. Landscaping was variable: Problems we are left with include puddling areas on some hard surfaces when it rains. We requested soil improvement, but the soil is rubbish, and very stony soil was used for lawn top dressing. The raised garden ended up barely raised at all. There are several other issues. However, some things were done well, like the fencing and the landscaping design itself, with well designed and executed curves and straight lines.  Although the team seemed to work hard on some identified issues, the end result was mediocre and highly disappointing compared to what it could have been.

The OGD team were simply great. The whole project experience felt like a real partnership. It is always more significant to judge how a team deals with difficulties than when things are going smoothly. There were some aspects of the project that weren't successful first time but OGD were keen to ensure these aspects were corrected to our satisfaction. Communication was generally good during the project and we are extremely satisfied and very pleased with the resulting garden. I've reserved the fifth star because the project overrun somewhat and communication was a little ragged towards the end. Nevertheless, I have no hesitation in recommending OGD.
