Rather old fashioned with limited weather protection. Seating provided of poor quality. Only a few minutes walk from city centre and railway station. There are modern, free toilets on site where reasonable seating and shelter from the elements can be found.
Station was easy to find, but a little weird with the buses covering different routes. The national express bus to heathrow was ran by a different name, so good thing we asked the driver or we would have missed our bus.
It's interesting how much you can do in this place... Sit on a bench, drink coffee, eat dinner, when it's hot outside there's a cold beer and when winter is just around the corner, there's a place for warm tea... I'll wait for winter. I will describe my impressions after the winter. For now, thank you. Is fine. Regards
“the airline” departs 37 minutes late and not one word of apology or explanation from the rude, arrogant and disrespectful staff. £30 to have your time wasted with no regard.
Really basic and think the council can cone up with brighter thoughts to improve the bus stop
Oxford Bus Station is a modern and well-equipped transportation hub located in the heart of Oxford, UK. The station offers a range of bus services, including local, regional, and national routes, making it a convenient transportation option for both residents and visitors. The station is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available for passengers. There are also a range of amenities on site, including a newsagent and a café, providing passengers with everything they need for a comfortable journey. The staff are helpful and friendly, and are always on hand to assist with any questions or concerns. The only downside to the bus station is that it can become quite crowded during peak travel times, which can lead to longer wait times for buses. Overall, Oxford Bus Station is a great transportation hub, providing passengers with a comfortable and convenient way to travel to and from Oxford.
Could be a bit better but does not have a disabled toilet!
Disgusting worker at the bus station who looks Arab/ exotic was rude to me and forced me to put my bag in the bus trunk Completely horrible way to end my tip to such a lovely city, Oxford.
Adequate for purpose although there is still no proper seating area and the national express office appears to be closed down. The entire area would benefit from a jet wash and cctv cameras for those travelling late at night
Was here on my way to milton keynes my first part of the journey was Southampton to Oxford this bus station is well staffed the staff were helpful when answering questions about a delays the day I was travelling, there's a shop with cashpoint machine and a cafe Nero as soon as you get off the bus and I believe the market is literally just out of the bus station which is ideal if you've got a bit of a wait between bus/coach will use this route again when travelling
