Terrible. Humiliating. Buying a jacket turned into full scale row with "manager" who thought they had underpriced the jacket I was trying to buy. After she accused me of changing the price and then blaming her staff we argued about Consumer Rights Act 2015 before I walked out. Doesn't apply in charity shops she thinks. DON'T GO HERE
