Really rude and unprofessional manager. My mother went to return a few items of clothes. The manageress was rude off the bat walking past us shouting "I'm on the phone, can't accept" Firstly, why not finish the conversation, then come out and speak to us nicely? Secondly announces she wont issue the refunds and wont take the items back as "It's not something I'd put in my shop". The shop as we had a look around beforehand wasnt up to good standard. Whether that's through poor donations but it was not up to quality and very overpriced in comparison to other charity shops.. Rude. Pompous and arrogant. Totally awkward. In the end my mother was not able to return the items. Think for a manager, she needs some lessons in giving polite, decent customer service. Will be boycotting.

It's OK! Some decent bits of clothes but quite pricey, some good books but again quite high in price. The staff are very nice. I've noticed some clothes are not far off the actual price they would be new from the original retailers, got a lovely bag for a bargain £6 and was as new. I saw a game that I had bought my kids from tiger & Oxfam were selling it for more than I paid.
Rude staff! When I went in on Saturday the arogant old woman shouted at my young daughter to go eat her sandwich outside as it is smelling the shop out. I know she was being racist and that no way my young daughters chesee sandwich was smelly. Importantly my daughter wasn't even eating it she was just standing in the shop holding.
One of the staff had farted and it was quite off-putting. I'll give it more stars if the next time I visit, it doesn't smell of heavy poo.

You have to come often. Some items are a little expensive compared to the quality, but you can get good deals there.
