I bought four books in a four volume series, through the Oxfam on-line site from the Altrincham shop. The staff, especially the manager were fantastic : very willing to help with delivery etc, and when the books arrived they had been very protectively boxed. Extremely grateful for great service, thanks!
What a waste of an Oxfam. Only selling books is annoying, they should be selling the usual stuff like; jigsaws, odd wine glasses, cutlery sets with half the forks missing, walking boots complete with cow muck, wine bottle openers, 1990s digital cameras, ps2 games that you couldn't give away, sets of 4 egg cups with one missing, boxed Barbie doll that costs double the price of Tesco, 1980s swimming shorts and a Sports Direct pint cup.
Always make sure I pop in here when in Altrincham. Great books and records at a great price
Picked up a couple of 7" vinyl, good prices.
As described on the description, it is a charity shop that sells used books. I always found some books to buy from this shop. Very well lit and books are organised.
Great bookshop - I always come away with at least 1 book or 5!
It's always worth a look in this little book treasure trove
