We recently stayed here for a wedding we were at and we loved it. The host Trevor was absolutely fantastic. Gorgeous property and the bed was so comfy and room very cosy. The breakfast was delicious also. Thanks again and we can’t wait to return
What a find!!nWe only stayed the one night however, we hope to return and stay longer and explore the area.nOur room was lovely, clean, tidy, well decorated and with the river right by our window a relaxing sound before falling asleep.nWith the kitchen area on display it was nice to see where your breakfast was prepared. The breakfast choice was varied and expertly cooked. Decor throughout was tasteful for type and age of the building.nTrevor, the owner, was so polite and had a great sense of humour, he was a right laugh.nA real gem of a find is Over the Bridge.nHighly recommend!!
What a fantastic stay at Over the Bridge. Room was small but comfortable and overlooked the river, so peaceful and relaxing. Trevor was beyond hospitable and great to talk to. Breakfast was delicious with the ‘Yorkshire Tubby’ a must try! Thank you for letting us stay
Fantastic stay here for one night whilst working away, location amazing next to the river, quaint.nI went over the bridge to the restaurant next door and the food there amazing.nThe guest house had great hosts with nothing too much trouble, cosy bed and very large room with en-suite and lovely breakfast in the morning. Recommended.
My Mum stayed for 2 nights over the weekend as was visiting us from London. Beautiful situation, gorgeous old building, and a lovely room overlooking The Ryburn River. Great to meet Dexter the pet lab, and Trevor was great too. . Would recommend in a heart beat.
