My first time as a patient. The staff were very friendly and put me at ease as visiting the dentist is not a favourite of mine. I was happy with the treatment plan and costing as I could then budget for the treatment and have it done over a period of time. Very impressed.
You can tell all the team are really dedicated and work hard and are lovely. I've seen Maria, Risto and Win and had great experiences with them. I see Maria regularly for my ClearCorrect treatment and she is such a pleasure! I look forward to going to the dentist now.
I refuse to have anymore treatment from this place! My dentist i was currently registered with had several rejections then months later I was accepted by MyDentist outram road . I had a call from the reception they were lovely but I wasn’t told to bring headphones to my sedation appointment until I was there , I also swore a bit due to needle phobia an the dentist told me not to swear! Like excuse me! …i apparently was trying to fight the nurses due to the drilling I was hearing an the cold feeling on my tooth which I was pretty much sort of aware of! Very traumatising for me cause I felt uncomfortable during the drilling process I remember saying ‘’Ow’’ a few times and the dentist didn’t once stop to ask me if I was okay! They just apparently held my hands down!! absolutely disgusting, so I ain’t no longer being with these people again for the rest of my filings! I’ve spoken to my dentist a told them I want to be referred to someone else so I’m waiting for a call back regarding that! If your a nervous person,have a fear of needles ect do not go to this dentist they don’t treat you how your supposed to be treated it’s like there fed up of us people an just want to get the job done!
29th July spoke to a amazing male receptionist who went out his way and wrote up notes for me to be seen emergency today and I call today 30th July at 8am and the female receptionist was so quick to dismiss me and not help with my pain relief or give advice. You get off the phone in tears because you know your going another day in pain and searching for antibiotics online And ways to remove a tooth . Been with these for years and you get dismissed very quickly and abruptly on phone with no help and today . Your left waiting for sepsis to set in while you role around in pain. Terrible reception this morning.so so rude and no empathy at all . Always the woman. Don't know where she gets off on making you cry This dentist has left me bo option but to extract a tooth today and seek antibiotics from other sources. 111 services don't help either find you a dentist,they to were as equally uncaring and left me crying in pain taking drugs from other sources and don't care . Ico I'll be seeking help from as a complaint
Got seen within a reasonable time, considering the times we are in! very professional, from reception to treatment, have to go back, but very happy with the service I received.
Absolutely amazing experience. I'd not been to a dentist for about 30 years due to anxiety, shame and embarrassment about my teeth. I was in, sedated, 7 teeth out and back home all in an hour. I was made so welcome by everyone there. I didn't even get their names it was all done and over that quickly. Thank you so much I really appreciate everything you did for me today. i originally came here through a referral from my old dentist for sedation due to my fear of needles and dentists i have been over 3 times for sedation twice through the nhs and once privately and no difference in care ive been given all times treated with the most respect i also am 28 who walks round in tracksuits so used to being judged but not here i have mental health and within that severe anxiety and have never felt more relaxed ! i personally dislike receptionsist as find them rude but linda espically who works here has always gone above and beyond to help me and does her best by everyone and has supported me no end ! winn the dental hyginst who i saw privately today he is such a kind and gentle man who actually cares ! never had more postive things to say and im a very negative person ! only issue i have had from 1 person and when i told the reception it was delt with very quickly ! cant wait to have my bonding done in a couple months thankyou mydentist and linda espically for helping me so so much also theres a guy in the reception too whos always full of smiles and makes everyone feel so comftable with his energy :

All the staff here, including Receptionists, Hygienists, and Dentists, are friendly, helpful, and professional. No one enjoys going to the Dentist but the staff here make it as pleasant as possible.
I'm a very nervous person .the lady dentist was very patient with me I will still need sedation for treatment, which is my main reason for coming back here .Thanks also to receptionist who was also very understanding.
