Free parking and nice walks
It is a great place to walk a dog when the rest of the countryside is wet and muddy due to the hard path that runs the length of the reserve. On the downside, a lot of ignorant dog owners don't clean up after their pets. The path is also shared with cyclists - so be aware. There is a variety of wildlife especially birds throughout the year from Curlew to Goldfinch and wildflowers including Orchids.
A good location to run and cycle or. just walk .You can also see some wildlife .
Wild... it's nature and will see big change within a generation as the sea reclaims the land..so I am informed.
