Such a lovely nursery, my son is very shy and struggles with confidence. At nursery the childminders have helped my son to come out of his shell . When i potty trained my son during the holidays , i was worried how it will be in nursery, i was so pleased of all the support my son got , because my son struggled with confidence and didnt speak much it was challenging , but i was so surprised how much the staffed helped to encourage him and teached him signs so he could show that he needs help. I was very thankful to staff for helping me with this. all the staff are so friendly and nice you can see that they truly enjoy what they do and are very close with the kids .
We love Our Monkey Club! It’s been amazing to watch Reggie's development, learning and confidence grow with thanks to the team at OMC! Their child led approach and investment in Reggie is outstanding and I cannot recommend enough. Warm, friendly and professional approach with great communication! Thanks for everything Team OMC!
this is an amazing place to send your children my little boy went here for over a year and i wouldn't of wanted to pick anywhere else. the staff and management are extremely knowledgeable and are top notch. he was always happy to go and never wanted to leave. now his in big school and really misses the girls that ran the burton center. i would 100% recommend anyone to send your children here.
My son has been attending our monkey club since he was 10 months old and I went back to work full time. In that time the team at our monkey club have become very much a part of our family. All of the staff that have cared for my son have always been approachable of I've had any questions about how my son is doing or if I've had any worries. Myself and my husband work varied and sometimes long hours but the staff have always been flexible and understanding which has made it easier to be able to leave our son in their care. They keep him engaged all day and he always comes home to tell me about different activities he has taken part in. Whilst covid has made things different in the setting, there has always been someone to listen to concerns and ensure that the best is done for the children.
Our daughter has attended since she was 9 months old , she loves going into nursery and always comes back with a smile on her face , with lots of activities being done throughout the day, she loves all the staff and we can’t fault them either wonderful setting
My son has been attending Our Monkey Club for almost 2 years and I can’t recommend it enough. The level of care is outstanding. The staff are so involved with the children and my son absolutely adores them and talks about them at home as if they were family. He can be really shy and would cry when I left him on a morning but the staff were brilliant and would help soothe him and then let me know when he’d settled. Within no time at all he was so happy to go in and his confidence has blossomed. They provide such a fun learning environment and have such a wide range of activities laid out for the children that I feel no day is the same and he has so much fun. His development has been wonderful to see. The communication from the nursery is also great and nothing like I’ve experienced before. Photos and posts are uploaded onto the Famly app so we can see what he’s being doing throughout the day. As a parent this is so reassuring and it helps to ease the guilt of having to leave him to go to work when I see he’s having so much fun. There’s always someone to talk to at drop off and pick up if needed and the key workers are always on hand if you have any questions. Management are fab too and Michelle was so reassuring during all of the Covid changes. I often see her playing and being hands on with the children which is lovely to see. My oldest son also used to attend the holiday club before Covid struck and he loved it. He can’t wait to get back. I really couldn’t recommend OMC more, the staff are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and fun .I can’t thank them enough for looking after my children so well and providing the best care possible.
