Such a wonderful few days staying with Lizzy, topped off with a lovely relaxing day cooking in her kitchen. I did the Middle Eastern cookery course, gorgeous flavours and smells! Wonderful to find such interesting innovative vegan food, Lizzy is an excellent cook and teacher, tailors well to her audience. Lots of tea and snack breaks too! I want to be like Lizzy when I grow up! Very comfortable B&B, thanks to you both!
Another great plant-based, healthy cookery course with Lizzie. She’s an excellent teacher and the facilities are second to none. Really tasty food too - learned about cooking with pulses and ‘new to me’ Middle Eastern spice mixes. Highly recommend!
My friend and I attended the cookery day- Christmas party food. This isn't our first course with Lizzy, it certainly won't be our last! An excellent day of tutorial, foodie fun and reigniting passion for cooking. Lizzy navigates the course menu and day, allowing you to create tasty wholesome vegan food. Lizzy offers you that confidence to create food, offering recipes that are simply accessible for all. I cant wait to use these recipes for our staff party and I have now stocked my freezer ready for visitors. I highly recommend Our Lizzy. That's why we keep returning, thanks for such a great day!
Absolutely lovely day learning about Indian food and cooking skills. Great range of things to learn and techniques along with very well-written recipes. Relaxed, fun and friendly. Highly recommended bring lots of Tupperware!
Attended Lizzy's vegan street food course - what a great experience. We cooked and tasted an interesting range of foods and learned a lot along the way. Lizzy is super-knowledgeable while creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The small group size 6 made it easy to ask questions. Everything was well-organised and smoothly run, with high standards of hygiene and great equipment. I'd recommend Lizzy's classes to anyone who enjoys food and cooking. My partner and I stayed in one of her B&B rooms, which was very comfortable and cosy. Can't wait to come back!
A very enjoyable day on the Middle Eastern Cooking Course with Lizzie. Relaxed atmosphere with lots of opportunities to taste and to cook delicious dishes. Lizzie is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Lovely setting with plenty of space for the group of six to practice. I learnt a lot and can't wait to try out my new recipes.
Christmas party food course - prepped lovely healthy food for the freezer great for over the festive period. Learnt lots - plenty of laughs and great food. Highly recommend this course
We have just returned from 4 nights B&B at Our Lizzy's. Lovely room, delicious breakfasts with lots of choices, and the evening meals were wonderful - even better than we expected! Lizzie is very friendly and helpful. The area is good for hill walking and there are lots of places to visit, many with historical interest. Lizzy also runs veggie cookery courses, and I attended a Middle Eastern one. A relaxed and fun day in a small group - making a wide range of very tasty dishes and learning so much along the way. I have come back enthusiastic to try these new ingredients and recipes at home. Thank you for 4 great days and hope to visit again soon Jenny and Mick
My husband and I love staying at Lizzy's bed and breakfast! The room is lovely, the food is amazing and Lizzy is so nice and friendly. A truly wonderful experience :
