Absolutely love Our Garage. The staff are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Janice on reception is fantastic, always so helpful and friendly! The garage guys all know their stuff and have taken care of my car for years. Fair pricing, top quality work and professional. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Lovely staff at Our Garage, everyone took care of my car when I had an emergency with a punctured tyre, got it sorted very quickly. Sam was brilliant at keeping me updated and getting it done, and Hannah was very professional when I had my air con service done. Won't be going back to the main Citroen dealer now, definitely will be using Our Garage! Recommend to all.

My family having being using Our Garage for a few years now and they are always helpful with superb customer service. We have our cars serviced and MOT'd here and work is always first class. Comfortable waiting area and the use of a courtesy car. Honest and reliable garage that I highly recommend.
I called these guys on very short notice i.e. the morning I needed the work doing due to a unforeseen business trip. They booked me on that afternoon and I have to say from start to finish I found the whole experience really professional but at the same time a really friendly service. The car was ready exactly when they said it would be and for the price they said it would cost. My car is slightly unusual and my pride and joy so I’m always apprehensive leaving it with a garage but I would have no hesitation in recommending Our Garage to anyone.
Having moved down from the Midlands in 2013 I was looking for an independent 4x4 garage to service my expedition prepared Nissan Patrol when I happened to stop alongside their well prepared Mitsubishi in their livery. A brief conversation at the traffic lights and I booked the Patrol in for its annual service - 2 years on and they are still looking after it. Courteous and attentive service with the ability to source original Nissan parts plus a complimentary car while it is in means I am very satisfied with the service. Update. Nov 2020. Our Garage as it was as 4x4 specialist is no longer, sadly. None of the old mechanics or staff remain. Reception told me they don't even service 4x4s! Old guys, thank you for 7 years of great service hope you have found new jobs.
Just did the year service for my car using "Our Garage" for the first time. I'm really impressed, so far the best garage I have been to in Torquay. Good service and no hidden fees or prices. I will be using them for the forseable future.
Used this garage two weeks ago after being suggested numerous times and I was not disappointed at all! Top class service, genuine honest pricing, totally stellar service and great customer care, they went above and beyond to help me sort out my car, will be the only place I will visit from now on if I ever have an issue with any car, highly highly recommended!
Ok for MOT, I was very disappointed with our yearly service, when they changed to Eden and used a different garage. they missed windscreen wipers needed changing , day after service caught in rain and drivers front wiper disintegrated. Has to do quick call into Halfords.
