Otto lounge is an informal, neighbourhood food led cafe/bars open all-day everyday where families, friends, and locals can come for a coffee, a drink, or something to eat in a relaxed comfortable environment.

Story

If we told you Otto Lounge was “underneath a car park”, we wouldn’t really be doing ourselves any justice. We’d be better off talking about our fantastic range of food and drinks (including full kids, gluten free and vegan menus) served in a really relaxed, welcoming environment with glorious interiors. Our roof (the car park floor, of course) gives a touch of industrial chic to the lovely loungey open plan space with floor to ceiling windows (that open right up) all along one side, flooding the place with light. All this, and of course we’ve some handy parking nearby, somewhere…

OMG, what a gem of a place this is. I can't believe I haven't been here before. The first thing I want to say is how impressed I was with the service. All the staff we interacted with were a delight and a real credit to the business. Also, my wife has a dairy and gluten intolerance, and I was very impressed with the staffs care and understanding and also with the choices available to her as some establishments don't have that much choice. I think the menu choices overall are excellent and very reasonably priced, from a variety of all-day brunches, salads, sandwiches, flat breads, and burgers, to name a few, even an offering of tapas, which after pondering I decided to get and I was not disappointed. 3 plates for £12.50. My choices- crispy chicken wings with siracha and honey very tasty indeed , patatas bravas, and for me, what can only be described as a flavour bomb- mini brisket chilli this was insanely good , and added a garlic ciabatta for an extra £3 ish. My wife had smoked salmon on gf muffin and poached eggs. They even changed the hollandaise sauce for her due to her intolerance, which I thought was just wonderful. Some other places we've been to could definitely learn from here. On the whole, this is a place we hadn't heard of but will most definitely be shouting about to others and, of course, returning. Returned a week or so ago and not disappointed Vegetarian options: A good variety of vegetarian and vegan choices. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu. Also can accommodate. Just have to ask. Very understanding and knowledgeable team for this type of customer.
Service amazing, food amazing, 100% reccomend, I got the big vegan breakfast and it was the best breakfast I've ever had! And the coffee was also very good, one of the best coffees I've ever had in the wirral. Oo and I love how it is very child friendly! Menu to colour in, pens and toys, my 2 year old was so busy colouring I actually ate and drank while my food was hot Vegetarian options: Entire vegan menu, seriously amazing
Fathers day treat! Great food, great atmosphere, they allow dogs and the service was very friendly and welcoming. I searched for a gluten free restaurant as we have an allergy issue in our family.. this place was very aware of the problem and are the best place we've ever been to that deals with such issues. Will definitely be going back again Dietary restrictions: They have by far the most vast gluten-free menu I've ever seen at a restaurant. Very careful with preparation
I came here with friends from work last week and was so impressed came back today for a late lunch with my husband. The food was delicious, and yet again the service was amazing.... Great place to eat, food always tasty and fresh. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Dog friendly, they have a separate vegan and gluten free menu. Big pay & display car park nearby on Mount Avenue.
We've had tapas at this Place in the afternoon before which was great but we didn't realise they had such a good evening vibe. Ben greeted us at the door and explained the menu/cocktails with a super warm, friendly attitude which made us feel right at home. Once we had decided what we wanted edd made the most spectacular cocktails... we will definitely visit again. A really lovely, friendly bar with the best staff

Great food at a very good price, staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Well worth a visit. If you go Monday or Tuesday evening have food deals on. A big plus is lots of gluten free food and a separate gluten free menu.Food: 5/5
My Daughter has just been diagnosed with celiac disease so we tried here for our first family meal out together as it has a full gluten free menus. The service was great the manager took our order due to the allergy and they we very friendly. My Daughter really enjoyed her meal especially the hot brownies and ice cream at the end. All the rest of the food was lovely as well and it was all reasonably priced. We will definitely go again Dietary restrictions: They have full gluten free menu and were aware of the importance of there being no cross contamination
Visited for breakfast. Good menu choice and decided on the lounge breakfast. My partner went for the miami brunch. Ordered at the bar. The lounge was busy and a bit of a wait for the food. But it was worth waiting for. Perfectly cooked hot food, tasty too. After a poor experience elsewhere earlier in the week, it was reassuring to find somewhere that still knows how to cook a good breakfast and serve it well.
