The girls in the Otterburn shop checked their stock online and the Rothbury shop had what I was after. A quick call to Rothbury and my items were put to one side for collection the next day. However, it was a beautiful day so we drove the 11 miles to Rothbury there and then. On arrival, I said who I was and the staff immediately said "We've got your order ready for you". As always, a friendly and welcoming experience from all staff involved. Plus the drive around Northumberland is always spectacular no matter the weather.
A well-stocked shop of reasonably-priced goods. Despite being busy, Sara was especially helpful to us today when we enquired about some sale items. We are delighted with these purchases, and with how well we were treated as customers.

I was surprised find an outlet for Otterburn Mill in the village but delighted to find a cap that fitted perfectly at half price. Really pleased with my purchase and served by friendly helpful staff.
