Amazing service. We were informed when booking that if our flight was delayed they may not be able to honour the booking if after 3am as they close. We were notified when checking in that we were delayed and had an ETA of 2:55am. Travelling with 3 children including a 20 month old. We called and were informed not to worry and that we’d be given the number of who was calling us when we landed. After a horrid flight experience and delays collecting luggage, our chariot was there to get us home. The driver was really pleasant and also helped us with our luggage, got us home safely. We are extremely grateful and will definitely use this service again in the future.
Lovely driver, Nigel arrived on time in a lovely clean car, got us to there safely and provided plenty of friendly chat asking the way. Great service again from Fusion
Great friendly driver who didn’t mind a slight detour, and we had two small dogs with us. We were really grateful and paid him well. For the first time ever, I left my phone in his cab. After calling the office they let him know, and he turned round and brought my phone back. Star man, I was so grateful. Thank you Fusion.

Booked for a trip to Harrogate. On time. Reasonable price. One of our group left an expensive camera in the cab. Returned safe and sound when they did the return pick up. Great honest company. 5 stars.

Fantastic service. We booked an airport pick up a week before we needed it. Someone texted the day before it was due to check details and confirm the process. We called to confirm we had landed and got our baggage and the driver was with us within 5 mins. Couldn't ask for better service.
Very good service in a very difficult situation. The journey coincided with road closures due to the bike race. The driver had to be very patient and use his local knowledge to good effect and got us to our home safely.
