I go to the Post Office regularly to collect parcels. I always receive a professional, friendly and helpful service. The staff welcome me and make me feel looked after and not rushed. I went in yesterday to send a parcel and Elizabeth let me know I had a parcel to collect before I was notified! Amazing service. The staff work hard and are always patient and lovely. Thank you.

Abysmal. Went in to pay a cheque into a Charity account.  After several minutes of looking they came back to say that they did not have the correct envelope for my paying in slip. I asked what am I to do? They replied try a different Post Office - so am I supposed to travel around every post office to find one that has the correct envelope.   Then they said  - or come back in a few weeks. What great customer service!

Excellent service from Otley Post Office. Always bright and cheerful and very helpful. Now all banks have gone from the high street Otley Post Office can deal with most banking needs and can provide foreign currency.  Basically a one stop shop for all your banking and Post Office needs dealt with by friendly, helpful staff!

I have been using the drop-and-go service at this post office, and I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They consistently demonstrate a quick turnaround in sending out parcels, making the process smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, their willingness to assist and the overall friendliness of the staff make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly appreciate the exceptional service provided by this post office. The post office staff here at Otley are amazing with dealing with customers early this year there was a power cut and the way things were handled was amazing too to fuss no panic just kept it going well done
