Terrible service. Valuable camera went missing, paint spilled onto road, damage to furniture. They were all sub-contract. Otex are absolutely useless and lack any integrity.
They came to see us and assessed the property. Then they were due to come over again to drop off boxes. They didn’t turn up. No answer on phone, voicemail full and £100 deposit gone. DO NOT USE THEM.
Efficient, professional manner. Not the cheapest quote but I thought best value for money. Friends have also used OTEX and have had no problems.
