Went to look around today. Says they open at 10am. Door still locked at 11:30. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.  EDIT: I re-visited the store today, keen to take advantage of the 25% off the goodwill gesture that I was offered. This time the shop was closing early, at least there was a sign on the door.  However, my 1* review remains as despite being open and very obviously having a staff member in the back, I was completely ignored. This company clearly does not have customer service as a priority and I’ll take my business somewhere that actually values customers. I’d avoid unless you enjoy your time being wasted.

Went in to ask about a rug they had in stock, quotes a price £320. Called up to order, advised they’d need to do a quote, emailed quote came in near £500!?! Emailed back to query, over a week and no response so I called in, the owner advised he’d look into it and call me back, never got a call back. I went back in the next weekend to followup and they advised I was quoted for the wrong rug, no apology, “it’s a verbal quote” so not binding. The word “sorry” never came out of anyone’s mouth. We all make mistakes, if they’d handled this in a better way I would have bought the more expensive one. Terrible service, waste of my time, won’t be back.

Please update your website.  It states you are open today but when I arrived a sign on the door says you won't be open until 6th Jan.  An hour and a half of my time wasted.  Won't be back - as a previous post says - "very unprofessional" - I agree!

Great selection of rugs at reasonable prices. My dogs are loving their new, soft rug!
