Service was very quick. This place uses a QR code ordering system.nI got a chicken burger. It was good, didn't blow me away. Decent portion size, I was full and it was after a short hike around Matlock.nI came here with my pet rabbit and he enjoyed one of the vegetarian dishes.nI also got the homemade mango passion fruit cheesecake. The portion size was good. As cheesecakes come it was very nice, though the passionfruit seeds were an unwelcome texture.
Came here for breakfast on a whim and was very impressed! The atmosphere was fun, the staff were lovely, friendly and informative.nnThe food was absolutely delicious - you could tell it was all fresh and having the option for sourdutoast was great!nnThe rest of the menu sounds amazing and I will definitely be back to try it out.
First time here but definitely not the last. Great prices, easy to order via a QR code, friendly staff, nice venue and most importantly, delicious food!nnWe made an impromptu stop for breakfast and wasn't sure what to expect, but so happy we decided to give it a chance. Top quality ingredients.
4 of us went here for food, atmosphere was warm and friendly, staff all seemed happy to be there which you don't see often. The food we had was great, I had the Diablo smash burger so good!
Me and my boyfriend have visited The lounge twice now and it’s been a lovely experience. They have a fantastic drink selection, ranging from fun milkshakes and bubble tea, to classic coca-cola and traditional tea and coffees.nnAs for the food, My boyfriend had the bacon and cheese smash burger, the presentation was fantastic and it was delicious. I ordered the mac and cheese, this was also delicious however wished the mac and cheese came with some garlic bread or some type of garnish, however I really enjoyed this dish!nnThe staff were quick and efficient, they made us feel looked after. The atmosphere is great, good lighting and music!nnIf your in matlock and looking for a nice place to eat and get out the rain, you should really give The lounge a go! Very decently priced, they have board games and books for entertainment! As well as a little corner for children and family. Overall, great food and menu!
