The very first authentic Japanese Ramen and Sushi restaurant of Tayside and Dundee Since July 2014.

Story

Proudly presents Oshibori! Authentic Japanese state of the art restaurant in Dundee. Oshibori is an international venture of hospitality (family) businesses around the world including Paris, New York, Tokyo, Dubai and Pakistan.

Dundee branch is the first in Scotland where we are looking forward to cater our customers with a touch of culture and class. We are located in the heart of the city right across University of Dundee in a beautiful historical building previously served as Dundee University English department.

At Oshibori you can enjoy the taste of Japanese fine dine including freshly made Sushi and Ramen cuisine.

I was only in for a take away but was early so had a coffee. Lovely comfy seats and the room layout looked like, when they'd be busier, you would still feel separate from other tables. The Oshibori part of the building is being done up. Food was amazing & wish I'd ordered more of the dumplings as they were fab.
Beautiful place in the city of Dundee! Discovered by case, wanting to eat real sushi. Very high quality, great service, a bit dirty honestly as an place but luckily nothing was about the dishes.

Best sushi in Scotland so far. As a big fan of sushi there’s not many places I really enjoy and this one been the best so far. Very good service from the blonde waiter and very pleasant sitting outside with the outdoor heated Pateo due to the circumstances. We will be back definitely and very soon!
