Always good food and welcome. Wish they had cider but can put up with beer. Fry is excellent and the Special salad is my favourite.

Nice place. Used to do great burgers but seem to have changed the meat and portion size.  Definitely not as good as it used to be.

Fantastic cafe! We had a really lovely breakfast there. Great service, nice environment, and tasty food. I feel it was a really great value, and will go back next time in Belfast.

Kind and helpful staff and good value lunches. Oscar's is a fantastic place to take a timeout while in Belfast.

Loved the food. Had soup of the day with wheaten bread. Pot of earl Grey tea topped up. Lovely choice  of desserts. Friendly staff. Great for lunches and afternoon tea!.
