I ordered fish and chips this evening, with cheesecake for dessert. When it arrived the batter was soggy and undercooked. The chips were hard and definitely not homemade. The cheesecake was frozen. I threw it in the bin. I rang to complain and was very rudely asked "Well what do you want me to to do about it!". I asked if I could have a refund but as I did not have the food still in the box I was refused a refund as they could not have their food back.
I told them that it was not very good customer service and as a gesture of good will they should refund my money. 
I  would definitely not recommend, do not buy from there.

Well what a surprise. Had haddock and chips delivery. Best I've had for a long time. And arrived hot.

I waited one hour and 35mins for order delivery,the delivery person seemed to feel this was an acceptable length of time to wait.The bbq pizza had no taste of bbq sauce .Disappointing...... Thankyou Oscars for refunding the whole order amount back to my account the following day,your goodwill gesture is appreciated and shows good customer service matters to you.Thankyou

Reasonable prices, good quality food with home delivery available,  staff friendly and service is fast even though some products cooked to order

Well the food is mostly cold and you find chips in your food even when you haven't asked for any or they get your order wrong 😒
