Tried to get a key cut for a padlock that I tried at all the usual places. All said no apart from Osbornes. They looked up the profile and ordered it in. Old fashioned knowledgeable service. Cherish these shops while they are here.

When locks have been installed by Simon, they work. When keys have been cut by Simon - they work. You can't say that about all of the locksmiths in town ! You couldn't wish to deal with a nicer chap either. I have been a customer multiple times on a professional and personal basis and wholeheartedly recommend Simon to all my clients. When keys have been cut from other firms, they regularly have to be re-cut; at Osbornes you know they get it right first time !

Good experience, pleasant on phone with stock request. Upon arrival at shop was very helpful, shop appears to very well stocked and was given choice of item required at various prices. Would certainly use again.

Absolute waste of time. As a retail premises anyway. 3 times I have been here and 3 times there has been a note saying "out on an emergency". Today was the last straw. I fought my way through 40 mins of Tunbridge wells traffic only to find closed again with the same note. Going to find a business that is conducted properly not something stuck in the 1950s.
