Great Sutton practice, receptionist is always friendly and polite! Vet nurses are always engaging and knowledgeable! Parking out the front of the vets though this is limited space as hairdressers next door, but enough to get 5 or 6 cars in.

Very good and friendly service I have been seen by a couple of vets with my young dog. They are thorough explain everything and also the rest of the team are really helpful they do not rush so my dog was relaxed and not stressed.
First time visit, made to feel very welcome and the whole experience for my dog and myself was top marks.
Having taken dog to Vets Now emergency on Saturday I received a follow up call from Orwell Vets early Monday morning. There were no appointments available at Stutton that day and so made for Grange Farm. I received a further call an hour later from Orwell who were concerned that a half hour journey in the car would not be best for dog in view of vertigo type symptoms including nausea. They had therefore juggled lists to enable appointment at Stutton - just 2 minutes away. So kind and thoughtful. What more could you ask of a vetinary practice. If I could award more stars I would!
Our first visit to Orwell Vets was a great success with our unpredictable rescue dog. Both the vet and the receptionist were lovely, very friendly, gentle and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.
Friendly and more importantly they really care about your pet not the money like alot of vets.
