Orwell truck and van is giving mercedes a bad name.. mercedes should strip these cowboys of the franchise.. and give it to a company that delivers on sales and service.. total waste of time ringing sales they are useless.. and when me vans go in for service totally useless.. bad.. bad.. bad.. infact worse than bad.. i love the mercedes product the vito ticks all the boxes for me.. but orwell trucks just lets mercedes down on so many diffrent levels..  im going to have to ring mercedes in milton keynes uk head office and let someone know how orwell truck and van are destroying there name..

Free coffee..free shower and the tv actually works...staff friendly as well 😆

Useless. Service department couldn't find a fuse diagram for a Sprinter. No email addresses. After 20 minutes trying I was told to try the internet!
