Long wait times (typically over 30 minutes past appointment time). Staff are very rude towards patients often acting in a bullying manor towards them, shouting orders and constantly complaining. Their negative attitudes and lack of care make the experience even less bearable. With the added factor of them wanting to charge extra for everything (such as an unneeded second retainer), Ortho Plus is a truly poor orthodontist. Would not recommend.
