Simon is a first class yoga teacher, able to help anyone regardless of their experience or condition. He varies the exercises in his classes so they don’t become predictable or dull. He walks around the class giving individual help where needed. Bottom line is I am far more flexible than when I started and I have no need to visit a sports physiotherapist any more.
Great class I learn yoga properly taught by very knowledgeable teacher. Simon always takes into account various problems and suggests modifications to the exercises. This is unlike other classes where I was advised to sit out if something hurt and eventually ended up unable to keep up with the class and giving up.
He trained in India and is very knowledgeable about yoga and the body. He frequently corrects posture throughout his classes and is mindful of mixed abilities. Having tried other classes in Southport and London I highly recommend Simon.
A very friendly , relaxed class for all ages and competences mixed abilities and genders always welcome. Knowledgeable and highly trained teacher , offering a wealth of knowledge and individual advice. wouldn't go anywhere else after 11 years with Simon Rowe.Lesley Rimmer
