Express?? Absolutely not! Chow Mein was okay, Chicken Satay was amazing! But I waited just over 2 hours for delivery with no apology. I will forego the great Satay as a result of the poor customer service i received when I called twice to ask how long it would be and share my grievance at the delay. Will be trying somewhere else next time.

DO NOT ORDER… Don’t use the website to order, ordered at 7.40pm on a Friday night and then called 9.15pm to be told it would be another 35/45mins due to an issue with the website. Said we could cancel if we wanted…. Great customer service , NOT!! We will not be using again

Last night, we called to place an order for delivery. We specifically asked before ordering what the delivery time was likely to be. We were told 1hr to 1.5hr which was fine. Two hours later we called to be told it would be another 30 min, so we cancelled the order. This evening, we placed an order for collection to be told to collect in 25 minutes. It’s now 45 mins after that time and we are still waiting for them to cook our food! The place is absolutely rammed with people, the phones are ringing constantly, and people are still being told 25 minutes for people collecting their orders!!! Disgusting customer service!

Was so disappointed it’s normally good but tonight Was just greasy.... chicken balls couldn’t eat so greasy... sweet and sour sauce had a funny taste to it. Chips where good makes a change normally greasy. And ordered won tons which where prawns so went In The bin with the rest of the Chinese.

We moved to the area a couple of years ago and tried this take away as it was one of the closest to us. We didn't need to look any further as this is one of the top chinese takeaways we've had. It's always hot, containers are full and food is tasty! Only had a problem once if you can call it that was that delivery was 15mins longer than stated but it was a Saturday night at peak time so wasn't surprised. Staff are always welcoming and friendly either in person or on the phone. Top choice for us!

Extraordinary atmosphere and super personal service. The food was crisp and enchanting. Will surely recommend this spot to anyone. Fair prices and generous portions. Great work.

Never had an issue ordering from here. Consistently good food and service. The delivery arrives on time and fresh. The crispy seaweed is particularly good.

Ordered a Chinese at 7.45, for delivery at 8, then got pushed out to 8.15, then when we hadn't recieved it by half past we called, they said it would be another 20 mins... called twice more and was told it was with the driver. It is now 10pm, and we phoned up to cancel as we are up at 3am, only for the woman to shout at my mum down the phone saying we requested it to be cancelled on the first call. Are you kidding me? So peed off. Disgusting service.

Absolutely awful experience, avoid at all costs. Waited 1hr45mins and the food never arrived, called 3 times and was never given an apology and they even tried to lie to me about when I called. Shame as food was good last time but truly pitiful customer service, won’t ever be going back

Opped in for a quick spring roll this evening. Food was good but service noisy and a bit slow. The kids were doing their homework next to the till and the server had to shout over the phone to make herself heard.
