Let's start with a compliment, the food was half decent. Had better, had worse. Now let's talk about the service, I have never ever been so rudely treated. I found a hair I'm my food and went to the reception to tell them away from other customers. A waitress then came over straight away and accused it being my partners hair, no apology. She then came over with the hair stuck to a sticky label and said look not Chinese hair. A simple apology would have gone some way, didn't once say I wasn't paying for my food and no offer of discount was offered. Overall, a good Chinese for people who have never had a good Chinese. Average at best. Wear hair nets you scruffs Dietary restrictions: If you're allergic to hair do not go.....they appear out of nowhere. Definitely don't try the salt and pepper chicken 'wigs'
Ordered a takeaway and was told up to 1 hour 45 minutes wait time. After 2 hours we called them and asked where our food was. A couples of minutes passed as I listened to them discuss and try and find our order. I was then told it was 'being bagged' at that moment. No apology for the wait. When the food arrived all of it was lukewarm at best. Considering I had just been told it was just being 'bagged' 10 minutes earlier, cold food means an interesting cooking style,or they lied. They either lost our order or it was made and overlooked. It was not hot fresh food. We ordered salt and chilli chips. We got chips. We ordered half crispy duck. It came without the spring onion etc. This dish alone costs £20. Terrible service that they charge a premium for and your not even guaranteed they will send you the food you ordered and payed for. Or even bother to make sure it's hot.
Been there for a dinner. Didn't see any sign of a buffet style. We order food from the menu it was a OK Chinese restaurantFood: 4/5
I havent had food from here for quite some time. Ordered a takeaway last night. It took 2hours 35 minutes to be delivered. 2 phones call made to see where it was and no apology for the delay. Food arrived and can't say it was even warm, probably the worst I've had. My food was bland or over cooked and some bits burnt. Oriental fushion was one of my preferred places to eat but I won't be ordering or visiting again.
Fantastic food as ever, even though was extremely busy, service was speedy with food arriving in a timely manner, given how busy they were Spring rolls were amazing And rice was not sticky or clumpy like you can get in some
Ordered a take away, delivered on time, it was cold and needed re-heating. Tomato garlic sauce was watery and tastless, sweet and sauce was insipid and pork ball meat was hard and overcooked. I will not be odering from here again. A big let down.
Order took over an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered so arrived cold. Food wasn’t particularly good and cost more than the November 2022 menu price which I didn’t really expect as I thought that would be the most recent menu. Disappointing birthday meal. Perhaps it was just an off day but will go back to my regular takeaway.
Amazing food, loved the selection of foods. The texture and quality of the food was spectacular. Amazing Christmas decorations around the restaurant, really detailed.
Reasonably priced but nothing amazing about the food. Quite bland and chewy. Staff were friendly though!
Had a meal here last week and we were pleasantly surprised. We cannot fault the place. Beautiful food, great service, good ambiance.
