I've never been to China. But I have been to Emsworth. This is one of my favourite takeaways locally, they prepare and deliver the food to your door. It's very good. Here's a picture I drew of the menu to give you an idea.
Great place! Service was quick, food was delicious and not too pricy. Excellent choice, 10/10 would recommend!Food: 5/5
Placed an order at 6.45 pm. Called at 8.30pm for an update and was told order was with the driver and should be 5-10 minutes. Called again at 8.50pm and was told the same thing. Still no delivery at 9 so called again and was then told driver was 2 miles away. Good finally arrived at 9.30pm, almost 3 hours after ordering. Food was Luke warm and mediocre. Felt awful for the woman taking the calls as seemed like we weren’t the only ones experiencing this tonight!!
Food was late and when I called they hung up on me when I complained cause I wasn't happy. I understand you get busy but to have them hang up on you is not on. just plain rude.
Had a takeaway from here last night Friday, it was delivered a little late and we had to call to chase it up but boy was it worth the wait. One of these best Chinese takeaways we've had in a long time! Super generous porton of sesame prawn toast and tasty. I had the House Special with Mushrooms & Black Bean Sauce and it was so beautifully tasty. Hubbie had chips and curry sauce he's boring! and they were yummy! Next time we'll probably order midweek, hopefully they won't be as busy
Ordered last night at 6.30 with family told delivery would be around 1hr to 1hr20 max. Called at 8.10 to ask what was happening to be told he was just leaving the kitchen family left at 8.30 with no food driver turned up at 8.45 -9pm wasn’t his fault but I rejected the meal as was so late and even he said the meal was cold as he been gone for over a hour . Had brief o sorry but nothing meaningful won’t ever be using again not the 1st time had a bad meal from these but tried again and nothing so on to the next
Delivered early on the weekend, food was hot and delicious. Web ordering a breeze! Great Chinese for Emsworth.
DISASTER!!!! For starters if I could this would be a zero star review but I have to put 1 star...Ordered food at 6pm told me I was getting it at 6:50pm after an hour and a bit later we phoned to ask where our order was to be told it will be with us in 10 minutes, then when it come it was the wrong order so they asked for it back, and I said so you want the order back even with COVID happening and we had touched it too. The delivery driver put off answering my question and took away the food and told us our correct order will be with us in 10 minutes... then it got to about 7:30pm at this point so we phoned again to chase it up to be told it will be with us in 10 minutes. When it did finally turn up at 8pm the boiled rice and curry was stone cold and my sons omelette had a hair sticking out of it, we are never going back ever THE ONLY REASON WE ORDERED FROM HERE WAS BECAUSE SUNNY GARDENS WAS SHUT
We ordered a couple of weeks ago and asked for no onion as I'm allergic to it. My husband collected it and we got it home, there was a lot of onion in it. So he returned it, but they gave me the wrong replacement dry noodles instead of instead of in sauce but, I was hungry so I ate it. Ordered again tonight, again asked for no onion. When it was delivered, sure enough full of onion. So much that I could smell it the moment I took the lid off. As it's now pretty much closing time, they're not answering the phone. My husband is attempting to return it. I will be extremely unhappy if I end up with no dinner and his is cold!
Basic Take Away restaurant. Food tasty and plenty of it.Food: 3/5
