ORIENA has closed and re-opened as the Happy Dumpling. I spoke with the owner and this is his 1st take-away, he owns several restaurants but I can confirm that the food is of EXCELLENT quality and delivery times are short for now.
Not open Sunday 11th Aug, doors locked and no one answering the phone. No note to explain why they are closed . Food normally very good and have been taken over by new team. Have they gone bust ?
I ordered here and advised I was a vegetarian, when the food came I ate some of the soup and it had meat in it! I called them and the girl on the phone laughed and said we don't do refunds. I was absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated. I wouldn't ever use this place again.
Used to be good but now very poor standard.
DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STAR. ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY SERVICE OF STAFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PLACE AT ALL. Food may be good but STAFF is RUBISH RUBISH RUBISH. IF OWNER IS READING THESE THAN CHANGE STAFF OR ELSE SHUT DOWN.
Love the food here...such quality and good value for money in clean and tidy surroundings...i eat from here regularly.
My favourite Chinese take away in Southend.
