Absolutely shocking!!! Very hard if not near impossible to make an appointment, patients need to go online from midnight and through the night to early morning inorder to book an appointment as apparently these are when the times slots for appointments are released and made available???? I tried at 5:30am to book online and nothing was available all slots were already taken and after 3 months of trying I had found 1 telephone consultation available which I booked. However the G.P in question did not call me at the booked time but outside the time.that I had booked. I made arrangements with work for me to be available for the time I had booked but no call for the booked time, I went to the surgery as I was absolutely livid but the G.P in question categorically refused to see me and I was simply told to rebook - so 3 months on I am back to square one - no appointment! Thus, G.P does not call me at my appointment time, caused me problems at work as it had been arranged for me to be available for the appointment time and as such organised cover - and yet, the G.P refused to see me despite it being her fault for not adhering to the appointment time I believe the surgery/G.P's think all people are at home twiddling their fingers and not in work - this is not my case. So this G.P in particular has completely dismissed me and left me in the lurch - not the first time either! I have also tried calling at 8am as per advised by receptionists who tell ALL patients to ring at 8am but when you do the phone at 8am, the line is continously engaged as everyone is phoning at the same time and so you are put in a queue and when you get to your turn to speak to the receptionists they say all slots have been taken and like a recorded message they repeat to call the next day at the same time so in conclusion it can take you several months before you are able to make an appointment if you are lucky that is - this is total negligence towards patients and I believe it to be rather concerning as you feel totally alone and vulnerable to serious medical issues especially when you have pre existing illnesses! To add to this disgrace, the surgery constantly has a massive turnover of G.P's, they come and go continuously and swftly and you never get to see the same G.P, you will be seen by a different G.P each time you go which does not work in favour of the patient under many aspects and poses many difficulties! You will also find that the surgery has and has had several shockingly incompetant G.P's. Reception staff too change continuously and many have been unprofessional to say the least!nIt used to be a really good surgery, brilliant G.P's with kind, sympathetic, patient and professional office/reception staff. It has deteriorated tremendously and more so following the pandemic and continues to do so day by day as many of us patients have noticed and experienced!! I will be putting a formal complaint with the NHS about the ongoings of this surgery and my personal experience!
Second time in this week. Came her to write in peace. Both times there have been people talking loudly. One online, one on her phone. The staff are seemingly oblivious. When did libraries become a place to chat out loud!nTake accountability!!
Excellent Staff very friendly and always have something for kids to do .
Not a great selection, but the staff are great and very patient
Nice and quiet with plenty of space to work. Toilets were clean and it's close to lidl and cafes to get something to eat/drink. Aircon is pretty high though, even for a warm day you'd need a cardigan in there and maybe a scarf.
