Products are good but service is not the best. Had a shower room designed by them and supplied measurements but the CAD pictures they provided displayed more space in the finished room than it actually had. The room door also didn't fit despite them saying the space was a standard door size. When my wife went in to purchase a different door she was ignored on 2 occassions by staff so she just went next door to Rembrand and was seen immediately and professionally. We have a complete house to renovate but will not be back to Orchard Timber as the quality products are not enough to support the poor customer service.

Massive range of products, all quality! Incredible prices. Staff were brilliant - took time to listen and went the extra mile to be helpful. Prices are amazing and delivery was sorted out on the spot. Don't think I'll use anyone else in future. Highly recommended!
