Rude receptionist. Blond lady clearly do not enjoy customer service. I have had Smear today, nurse was not gentle at all to avoid saying BRUTAL. I never have experience like that in my life!

Receptionist are doing everything not to let patients to go to the clinic. Physio doesn't know anything... She is working only with those who have lack of movement and doesn't have knowledge about other cases. Her advice to go to the gym. I need to go privately to a theratment.

Was a great surgery when it was on Chesterfield Road South many years ago but it has slowly declined over the years... struggling to get appointments etc. However, there are still a few great doctors there and the odd very helpful staff on the reception desk

Dr Law is a wonderful GP. I’ve been under his care for years and transferred from his previous practice when he did. The reception staff are always helpful especially Ann who deals with prescriptions. Would recommend the surgery without hesitation.

This is the best doctor's surgery that I've ever been to. They are even open on Saturdays
