We visited this restaurant for my husbands birthday. Upon arrival, the staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is so relaxed and calming. We both ordered from set menu B, £20 per person for 3 courses. Such amazing value for money!! Mixed starter to share was absolutely incredible, such an array of flavours and a great was to taste a little bit of everything. For main I had the stir fried chicken with cashew nuts and my partner had the green curry with chicken. My dish was so delicious, the nuts really added to the flavours and the chicken was so tender, they were both served with the fluffiest rice. I ended with and ice cream and my husband a coffee. We left with full tummy’s and will definitely be back! Kid-friendliness: Families are welcome, there was a kids menu available.. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible. Bottom floor.
So my first impressions were the size of the restaurant is a lot smaller than before and they also had a different entrance. The restaurant needs to be renovated. Pink and purple walls and ceilings, old red carpets, red overused leather chairs - it’s just not a nice vibe. There floor didn’t look clean either. I would suggest new interior and menus and make it look modern. The service was great however, the waitress was lovely and we managed to book a table an hour before arriving which was great.
Today is my son's birthday. The Thai food is very delicious, and the staff even helped prepare a surprise in the evening. Thank you so muchFood: 5/5

Acceptable for south shields standards. Not as authentic as expected. Understandably heavily anglicised to suit local community otherwise the business wouldn’t sustain.Food: 3/5
The mix starter had a good selection.Had the jungle curry which was full of flavour and had a nice kick to it.The deserts were nice too especially the coconut pancake with ice cream. Staff were very helpful and wasn't much of a wait but it was a bit quiet on the weekday we went.Very clean with beautiful decor.
We ordered beef massaman curry, jasmine rice and deep fried chicken. The food quality was appalling. The massaman curry was extremely watery. It had no seasoning at all, didn't taste like anything. The rice wasn't fragrant and the chicken was chewy and rubbery. Really disappointed with the food. Definitely wouldn't return.Food: 1/5
