Brilliant! We went for lunch. It was delightful and we really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing and professional. Food did not take too long. I would attend for lunch again.
Pleasantly surprised after our visit on a Saturday lunch time. Staff extremely friendly , professional and helpful. Food cooked at good standards and quick, and it have also been greatly presented. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.
We came here on a Saturday morning for breakfast. The car park was clean and for an average sized car park we had no problem parking. We walked into a lovely clean restaurant and were welcomed by someone in the entrance, we hadn't booked but had no problem getting a table. The breakfast room was quite posh with lots of period features and felt so lovely and comfortable. On taking our order, they asked if we had any allergies and what drinks we would like. I noticed that the drinks weren't on the menu, so I had an orange juice, and my husband had a pot of tea. I ordered the poached eggs with smashed avocado and chilli, and my husband had the full English. I noticed there were vegetarian and vegan options available, so there were plenty of choices if you were looking for other options. It wasn't too busy so we didn't have to wait long for our food. I asked if I could have a mug of tea rather than a pot, and they did that for me, no problem. The staff were very polite and friendly and checked on us to see if everything was okay. The menu prices were on par with most places we dine at, but it had the extra factor with the atmosphere of being somewhere a bit more fancy. I would have liked the drinks to be on the menu so i could see all options available, but i suppose for breakfast, it's going to be tea, coffee, or juice. Overall, we had a really lovely experience dining here and will consider coming for a meal in the evening too. This was our first visit, and it was a good one. I would highly recommend it, good value for money, good service and excellent food, and couldn't be happier.
Atmosphere was lovely. Loved the decor and ambience.nStaff were very pleasant.nUnfortunately food was quite average. Barely warm, veg particularly sprouts undercooked, one ended up on the floor as too hard to cut, and roast potatoes rock hard, had to pick up and eat with fingers as knife would not cut them. Coffee was luke warm as was replacement sadly. Deserts were tasty.

Dean, who looked after me and my guests, was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. He made sure that everything ran smoothly, from the timing of the food service to ensuring our comfort throughout the evening.nnThe food was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and elegant—perfect for a private celebration. For any ladies with a taste for refinement and a keen eye for detail, the Orange Tree is an ideal venue for a special occasion.
