Lovely friendly atmosphere wouldn't go anywhere else

My appointment was for 2pm. I arrived at 1.50pm to make sure I was on time. My stylist was busy doing a colour for a lady so I didn't get seen until 2.20pm. I was then rushed through my hair wash without being asked if it was too hot and then I can only described my blowdry as being attacked with the brush and hairdryer. My head and back were quite sore by the time my hair was dry and my "trim" ended up being more like 4"-5" off the length. I was done and out the hairdressers by 2.55pm and not offered a drink once. I have been going to this hairdressers for quite a while now but I think this maybe be the last time.

Good hairdressers, friendly staff/ atmosphere. Always make you a cup of tea or coffee. They also do nails and massage treatments.
