Orange Glow Energy replaced our boiler, installed Evohome controls, and powerflushed the whole system. From the very thorough, detailed quotation and throughout the installation work, they were totally professional and obviously very knowledgeable. They properly protected the house where they were working and removed all the debris at the end of the job. Best of all, the gas usage has gone down by around 40% compared to last year and the radiators warm up much quicker than they used to. We would highly recommend them.

We recently had Henk and Andy out to install a new evohome heating system for us - very professional people, reliable and easy to have around the home. They were very transparent with the pricing all the way through and are a company you would happily go back to - just keep them stocked up with plenty of tea and coffee!

Two years ago I asked Henk and Andy to install an entire central heating system in my property. They were brilliant from start to finish. They have serviced the boiler yearly since. They are always incredibly nice and helpful. They have given faultless customer service over the last two years. I would highly recommend them to anybody thinking about any plumbing job, big or small. They are highly professional, reliable and great value for money. I couldn't praise them enough. Great team of people.

Henk & Andy are both very friendly, easy-going professionals who excel at explaining their rationales for suggested work, and also what work has been performed. During my boiler service, Andy took time not only to clearly explain the tests that were performed, but why and what the results meant & presented me with a full copy of the service record as well as the test results. Both Henk & Andy are enthusiastic and driven to perform their tasks not only adequately, but to get the best result possible for the customer, even going as far as to offer free advice on other plumbing and heating-related work that I can perform myself, including choosing parts & where to source them. All work to be undertaken was clearly agreed in advance in writing along with a quotation. Any later changes in prices were highlighted and explained clearly. The job date was agreed well ahead of time and was not altered and Orange Glow arrived on time.

Don't call anyone else, Henk and Andrew are real professionals. They did a 16 zone, plus hot water zone Evohome installation with 19 TRV's and 2 Evohome controllers all in a day. Intelligent, communicative, explained everything, high quality job - it's hard to find all those attributes today.
